How the company evolved

The tools changed. The responsibility did not.

Laser Stream Video began in 2006 producing online video and interactive sales tools. As organizations changed the way they communicated, our production work expanded into leadership video, corporate programming, live webcasts, interviews, training, and recurring video series.

Today, we focus on the practical work required to turn an approved message into a dependable viewing experience. That means aligning the format with the audience, preparing presenters and production logistics, managing the technical environment, and delivering the program in the form the client needs.

We are not an executive communications agency and do not replace a client’s communications leadership. We are the production partner responsible for executing the approved direction with care.

How we approach the work

Calm execution starts before production day.

We pressure-test the format, location, technical plan, and delivery requirements early so presenters and client teams can concentrate on the communication itself.

  1. 01

    Prepare deliberately

Confirm the objective, audience, schedule, location, presenter needs, and delivery specifications.

  2. 02

    Operate dependably

Manage cameras, lighting, audio, directing, switching, recording, and the production environment.

  3. 03

    Deliver for use

Provide the live program, finished recording, or edited assets in the formats required for distribution.
